I just got back from working in Japan for a couple of years, so, I think that I could work on a Japanese translation. I have the necessary sources, so, let me know ASAP. Thanks.

As per Patrick's suggestion I'm posting about this here. Everyone who offers their language skills for translating the emulator should also consider spreading the pSX awesomeness in Wikipedia. Having as many Wikipedia pages as we have languages in the emulator (excluding the easter eggs of course ) would be quite awesome. Currently we have the main English wikipedia page, fairly complete Finnish page and a short Russian page. Don't be afraid to make one in a Wikipedia which language you are fluent in.

You could also consider Mika's suggestion above, et. I don't know if you have much experience with the emulator yet, but straight translations of the English page should be fine.

Ok, I will try to do that first. I just moved from epsxe because many games still have problems and it is not updated any more.

I think it's extremely unlikely that ePSXe will ever see further development, et - it's been more than 4 years since the last update. However, after using pSX for a bit, you may find there's more to it than compatibility. It's a completely different concept than plugin-based emulators: it's aimed at accurate rather than enhanced emulation, and comes between you and the game experience less than any Playstation emulator I've used. I'd describe this as 'transparency,' and pSX is as transparent as they come.

stranger90: it is not only on the Italian translation; I guess pSX Author didn't send those strings to anyone at the time. I had already noticed that -- I've even posted about it almost one year ago, on this very same thread.
