Sometimes when I launch pSX, I get no sound. The console window pops up with the message "dserr 8007000e". This error message pops up more times as I switch the active window back and forth. I tried all sound options to no avail. It seems that pSX just can't communicate with Directsound.
It seems rebooting fixes this, temporarly. I'd rather not reboot though.
soundcard is SB Live 5.1 with latest KX drivers. Winxp sp2 with latest DirectX installed.
edit: oh yea, and it happened on both 1.5 and 1.6.

Hmm - its probably a driver bug... I run kX on my SB Live too though and I never see that problem...
Its definately a driver bug if it still doesn't work even after restarting pSX.

It doesn't work, only after I reboot. I'm using version kX driver version 3538j, but it happened on the 3537 version too.
