Well, I've basically opened psxfin, put my AzureDreams.bin file in Bios, and I run it, but it say's, This Emulator requires a Bios image which must be installed on the Bios folder, I don't get what this means?

The BIOS is the system programming of the PS1. Such files have nothing to do with a game, and are rather their own entity. SCPH1001.bin is the most common BIOS, and usually the most compatible to use.
That AzureDreams.bin is your game and can be put wherever you want. After you start pSX and point it to your BIOS file (which you must acquire on your own, as it is something illegal to distribute and thus can't be given to you by any of us), you then use the Insert Image command to load the game (or mount it on a virtual drive like Daemon Tools and use the Insert CD command). Either way, click the option you're going to use and point it at the game.

Oh yeah, is it impossible to play Breath of Fire 4 or what do I have to do? D:

You should read the FAQ, which should get you started. There is a section in there about memory cards too. It's not recommended to play a game using just save states.
