A couple of things that I've noticed with this game while using psx 1.13:
1 - A thin black bar is along the top and bottom of the screen
2 - When you win a match and the points are accumulating, the music doesn't fade out gradually. It just cuts off.
3 - When you win a match and are accumulating points, it is noticed that the whole game is zoomed in a little too much. I say this because the points accumulating are running offscreen and you cannot see the last bit/last digit of numbers fully.

1. Seems normal. Not all games even drawn the entire used resolution to save on performance. Most cases this is unseen by the over-scan on TVs.
2. Never played the game before so I have know idea if that's normal.
3. Does the game have a screen calibration option?

1,3 - I think this is the reason why there is a "show full area in capcom fighters" hack in most playstation emulators. I don't think the game has a screen calibration option.
2 - Not normal. So far, no emulator has fixed this yet. The pcsx-reloaded has fixed this before, but they undid it because it broke something else in a few other games.
p.s. forgot add that I am playing from bin/cue.
