heyas.. this may be a stupid question
but does it matter if i run a pal or ntsc psx game? since it's being played on my pc and all

When you are playing on emu there is no difference, on real console there is.

This is what i know about NTSC and PAL.
NTSC [US, JAP] Has a 60s Frame-Rate.
PAL [EUR] Has a 50s Frame-Rate due to the TV's limitation or restrictions in European Countries [not sure why its so low in the first place].
Also, it's most likly that pSX is Emulating the Real Video output so frame-rate is lower.

ePSXe do not care about it. You can use USA bios on pal games or japan games and it will run. For pSX is something else just like what True X Unknown mentioned.

Yeah. In pSX emu, you need a pal bios for pal games, and a ntsc bios for ntsc games. You have to change the bios depending the game you want to play. And PAL uses 50 fps, but has bigger resolution than NTSC.
