IMPORTANT LINKS TO CHECK
REQUIRED INFORMATION
IF ISSUES EXIST
[li]BIOS version (SCPH-#### or DTLH-####)
[/li][li]Windows version
[/li][li]Hardware specifications and Driver Versions when possible
[/li][li]Disc image format used
[/li][li]pSX settings, if they deviate from default
[/li][li]Precise description of the problem
THINGS TO TRY
[/li][li]Not loading from a quicksave if you are, as they might cause issues by saving corruption in memory and reloading that corruption. If you have problems at a certain point in the game, always try getting there from a memory card save first, as it rules out another source of problems.
[/li][li]Using an uncompressed image if you're using CDZs, as some have reported them to not work sometimes
[/li][li]Different game loading method (physical CD vs CD image, different image format, remove CUE files)
[/li][li]Another version of pSX
[/li][li]Another version of the BIOS
[/li][li]Different memory card slot (if there are issues with memory cards)
[/li][li]Trying a different pad mode (if there are control issues)
[/li][/ul]
IF YOUR GAME IS RUNNING SLOWLY
[/li][li]Enter fullscreen mode (press Alt+Enter)
[/li][li]Increase the process priority (requires Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista, may require Administrator rights on the computer, and might cause system instability)
[/li][/ul]
