Here is 3 example from 007: The World Is Not Enough SLUS-01272. Should I mark this game as graphics issue or these doesn't count? These 2 shown before and after the logo screen. This one shown after the roaring lion screen for a short time.

Yeah, I've noticed this too... but these "details" come and go so fast that you may not even notice some times. Plus, it won't affect the game at all, and that's why I myself didn't report it before.

I've seen this type of glitch in pSX a few times as well. It will usually appear after the Playstation switches to a lower resolution during the intro of a game, following an MDEC sequence or the PS logo.

Actually, I've seen this happen on the real PSX some times. Its rare, but happens. So its not a bug.

It depend which Playstation machine that you ran it on.
Some Playstation machines have buggy BIOS.
