Winning Eleven 3 Final Version (SLPM_86162), v1.5, SCPH1001 - Works great, but I wasn't getting any CDDA sound through the CD. Running it through an image (.bin/.cue) solved the problem.
EDIT: After playing it intending to finish some Leagues and Cups, I realized it won't let you create anything on any memory card. Every time you try to create an Option File or save your progress on a League or a Cup, for example, the game "locks up" (in fact it keeps reading the memory card forever on), but you can "unlock" it by ejecting the memory card. However, if you create an Option File on another emulator and then load it using pSX, you won't have any problems. You can even overwrite it later on the game, but this "method" does not apply for game saves, though.
EDIT 2: color dance...!

@smegforbrain/Ultima: sorry for not testing it as much as I should...

Quite alright, as it's not always possible to test games fully. At least you got back to it ;P
I'm guessing the memory card wasn't formatted when that happened, right? I'd still consider it fully playable, but with a memory card issue.

Sure, it could be considered so. But I've tried different memory cards (both empty and partially used .bin/.mcr ones), always getting the same results.

Thanks for following up on this one, Melanogaster. I'm going to disagree with Ultima on this one and chalk it up as an orange YES. While memcards aren't quite as important in the grand scheme of things, since we have save states, this is still a rather noticable compatibility issue for the game with the emulator. You guys can try and convince me otherwise though.

Concerning the 'colors' (or what they represent, in fact)... Well... At first I've stated the game as a green YES, since if you run it using an image you'll get the CDDA audio. After noticing the memory card problem, I changed it to an orange YES. But Ultima kind of convinced me saying that the game would still be fully playable, even with the memory card issue (which is true, anyway, once we have savestates)... I don't know... Maybe this picture can help on this. It's a vertical black bar at the right side of the screen. I didn't say anything about it first because I could swear I had already seen such a description on smegforbrain's compatibility list (sorry again! Damn...). Besides, there isn't anything missing on the left; it's just narrower than it should. So, adding this one to that one(s), I think the game's name will look good wearing orange (well, this is for smegforbrain's list; I think it would become something close to a yellow line on yours, wouldn't it Ultima...?)

To me, it's not even about save states (I hadn't taken it into consideration), but the fact that the game doesn't absolutely require a memory card to work. It's fully playable, but not perfect, since my definition of playable is when you can beat the game without incident, so I'd mark it as yellowish. Oh well, not a big deal ;P
