Thanks for the input, but um... you should start a new thread -- the big fat blue message in the first post notes that this thread is not for posting reports, but is just a way for smegforbrain to keep viewers updated on his list without having them search for his posts =T

Erm, actually, I was going to get the update up tomorrow. Was it really October 1st that I last updated? Christ, time flies.

Since we are on the subject, Ultima, and smegforbrain's list is going pretty well, are you planning on keeping yours alive...? I mean, even if it takes... the time needed?

I went ahead and pushed myself to get the update done tonight. So, it's uploaded now.

Wow, 3 weeks really do fly =o Melanogaster: Maybe, but at this point, I haven't had much time to keep it up-to-date. If I ever do decide to update, I'm probably just going to leech off of smegforbrain's list and sync with it

Whenever smegforbrain has time/feels like it. He said he'd try go make it once a week, but never guaranteed it

If you want a compatibility list that's updated weekly, there's only one way to do it. Yourself. Otherwise, you'll just have to live with it being updated weakly... (sorry about that, smeg! )

If you admit that it takes too much time, then why would you expect anybody else to do it that often?
I would do it myself, but I'm not sure exactly how he handles the results. My guess (and how I'd do it) is to just put the results in, and then modify them if other people report a different result. Of course, we're talking about results that come with all the proper information *and* were actually tested in the correct manner.

I would do it myself, but I'm not sure exactly how he handles the results. Guesswork, mostly. Many things are open to intrepretation, so I just hope I'm doing my best. Of course, we're talking about results that come with all the proper information *and* were actually tested in the correct manner. I'm not going near this one. Suffice it to say, if some bad data did get in the list, I'm confident enough that somebody else will come along at some point to make sure it's corrected. That's why having multiple people test the same game is so nice.

I want to say that pSX is getting better. I look on the current and outdated list. So far you guys rock. Keep the fixes and updating going. I may drop the other PlayStation programs and stick to pSX. Beside who need plug-ins anyway when there is pSX that don't need any at all.

Most of us already have, kinghanco. I still have ePSXe and SSSPSX installed, but I think the only time I ever open them is to make comparisons - I can't remember the last time I had to run a game in another emulator to get through a bit that's unplayable in pSX. I have to say, though, I rather enjoyed the process of finding and configuring the best plugins.
