Well, this is from ASRock's site, MotM:
Graphics - Integrated NV44 graphics DX9.0 VGA - Pixel Shader 3.0 - Max. shared memory 128MB
As you can see, it is described as having shared memory i.e. it uses system memory rather than having its own dedicated memory
In addition, it says 'max' memory is 128MB, which suggests that perhaps a lower amount is sometimes allocated. It's normal for system memory on boards with integrated graphics and shared memory to read less the graphics memory; that _would_ suggest that your card is allocated 64MB rather than 128MB.
