LOL @ calling a disc image a "ROM".
If you want the CD ROM, you can pick up the Greatest Hits version of the game for $10-$15 just about anywhere.

Dude:
1. The "roms" of CD based games are isos! They are images of the CD! If you want roms, go get cartridge-based games!
2. Talking about "where to download game X" is ilegal, so I'm not sure if someone is going to tell you!!
3. Each FF7 cd is about 650 MB! 650 x 3 = 1950!! Aye you willing to download 1950 MBs???
4. Go buy the CD and rip it yourself! This way you'll be able to play it on pSX!!!

There are lots of programs to do this. I personally recomend Isobuster, wich is not hard to use and creates images files of any CD, including protected ones! www.isobuster.com/

USE ALCHOL 120 OR DAEMON TOOL TO MOUNT THE IMAGE THEM YOU CAN USE CDRWIN TO CONVERT THE MOUNTED IMAGE TO A COMPATIBLE BIN/CUE FORMAT!!! IT DOES WORK. EVEN IF YOU HAVE BIN/CUE FILES IT WILL MAKE THEM COMPATIBLE!! YOU CAN USE CDRWIN TO RIP THE GAME STRAIGHT OFF THE CD IN LIKE 30 SECS THE ONLY PROBLEM YOU MIGHT HAVE IS WITH GAMES THAT NEED PPF PATCHES TO GET PAST THE SCEA BLACK SCREEN USE PPF-O-MATIC www.megagames.com/psx/psx_ppf.shtmlAND GOOGLE THE PPF FILES FOR THE GAME YOUR TRYING TO PATCH HERE IS SOME PPF FILES AT THE SITE LISTED BELOW www.ngemu.com/psx/misc.php?action=ppf

because your cd drive isnt the same as a ps1 drive, ps1 discs have bad data on them on purpose to prevent things like this. its much better and faster in my opinion to rip and use the image left on your desktop anyway. but hell do it however you want.
