Revived once again

I just wanted to inform you guys that I released a new version of dumper.

Changelog:

Main menu now displays a region of the console and a BIOS version.
BIOS Merge application added so hex editing and manually joining files is no longer needed.

Dumper along with the guide can be downloaded here.

I got the dexdrive a while back, but it has american power plug, and I haven't had the time to borrow my brothers universal power cable thing. One of these days...
