I hope.
We talk about this yesterday. When he does send me his playstation games then I will start ripping those onto my hard drive. I told him that I would like to copy those.
I may ask my cousin to send me his later on.

As has been mentioned many times on this forum, you can also pick up a lot of games cheap online - eg at ebay. Games shops are often a good source (if they're not too hung up on The Latest Thing and Nothing But...) and I believe in the US there are outlets selling games for just a few dollars each - as has been mentioned on this forum. Go for it, though!

Well around where I live you wont be able to find playstation games around unless you go to a computer black market in Dallas or at the 2nd Monday in Bowie.

I started ripping his cds last night. Still ripping today. He have a lot of scratches on all his cds. But I'm lucky getting some of those cds rip. I have been keeping an eye on the ripping time and see how much it moved.
If the speed drop very very low and the meter doesn't move at all then I can't rip that cd. I just have to move onto another cd to rip.
I getting infos on how the controller works as well. One of the games shown Analog without the 2 sticks. But it does have rumble support. I think it was Army Men: 3D shown that option on the game screen.
Was Analog without the sticks was the first Analog that Sony made? Then they added the sticks later on? I never seen one without the sticks.

Maybe the publish making the paper slips didn't have the analog controller graphic and recycled a standard controller graphic.

Unless he's giving you the games to keep, what you're doing is obviously illegal. While it's none of my business what you do with your cousins or brother in laws video games, I don't think it's a smart move on your part to flaunt it like that in a public forum. I don't understand how a presumably sane person like Patrick can openly condone it either. Whatever.

Sune, These are private for testing on pSX on my computer. Same way as you guys been doing. Testing.

Well, since he hasn't actually said whether his relatives are giving or lending him the games, I think we have to give him the benefit of the doubt, Sune. If they're giving them to him, it's legal. It's quite possible they've moved on to other consoles and don't want the games any more.
Edit: kinghanco, 'testing' is not a sufficient legal reason to have images of games you don't own unless you're a serious developer, and need to do this for the purpose of developing your software, and don't cross certain guidelines around copying code etc.
FWIW, _all_ the games I play on pSX (and other Playstation emulators) I own legally and, as far as I'm concerned, so everyone else here does the same - unless they say something to the contrary.

I will just emphasize what I said, I personally don't care if people are using originals or copies or where or how they got them. It's none of my business. However, if you're doing something illegal, especially if it has to do with PlayStation games, I don't think it's a good idea to talk openly about it in this forum. Making copies of your brother in law's games is like copying a game that you rented at Blockbuster. That you're going to use them for "testing" does not make it any less illegal.

As patrickp saying that I did not say that he gave those to me or not.
I still have these cds in my hands. That is all you need to know about this.
Anyway. Here is what I have and don't have.
==================================================
I'm using Playstation Dualshock controller only. But I can tested Normal pad out though.
I do not have these. Playstation Dual Analog controller, Playstation mouse, Playstation Dual Analog Flight Stick and other things. So I can't tested this part.
I have a Playstation Gun. But there is no support for this. So I can't tested this part ether.

But there is no support for this. So I can't tested this part ether. If your USB adapter supports any of the mentioned controllers, they should work just fine with pSX. Again - pSX does not know what kind of controller you have hooked up to your PC. It just sees a bunch of inputs and allows you to map the emulated controller to them. For example if you want to test the "analog + rumble" controller mode in pSX, you can do it with any joystick or gamepad device that has analog axis, as long as you have mapped it correctly in the dialog. You could even use a steering wheel if you wanted to. Please pay attention to the following paragraph: It does not make any difference to the emulator what device you have plugged into your PC.
