It still gives error messages on my first drive which is a DVD Drive, but works on my second drive which is a CD Drive, but it is so slow at reading that nothing is playable......still have to make isos if I plan on using this emulator, can't enjoy it with my original discs......this is with the new version 1.1 that is......

sorry, but I tried it on ISO and the real thing on every game I had converted to iso and the speed is equal... of course I am using a Pioneer 106 DVD-/+ r/rw and a 2.8ghz CPU with SATA drives

I mean...CD games and ISO games are not the same things...some of the both runs normal and some aren't..for example...megaman 8 CD runs somewhat slow...Megaman 8 in ISO runs normal speed..something have to do with aspi..author pSX is looking into it.

I don't use aspi, it is inferere (And slower) to IOCtrl. Plus I am using windows XP. IOCTRL is native to XP/2k

Yes, can you try all of the drives and report back if any of them work - also make sure you are selecting the correct drive in the "Insert CD Drive" dialog.
Also: are these SCSI, IDE or SATA drives?

Hi,
I'm still working on this and I hope to get it working for everyone soon.
I have currently fixed the ASPI delay problem + added SPTI support which may work for some more people...

Great work. I guess SPTI will work fine for the most XP users.
