And here I though we in Finland had it bad with 22% VAT. The more you know.

Yeah, the whole Steam sale is pretty awesome, too bad that there aren't really that many games there that I want to play. I bought the Sin Episodes pack yesterday, and that's all I really could think about getting.

that sucks. if only your government would realize that a country will flourish much more under economic freedom than high taxes. people who are taxed less spend more, growing the economy,increasing corporations desire to establish business there and ultimately making the government richer as well.

You're right, but higher taxes means more money for the government.
I think that's how they like it and that it won't change for a long time.
In Brazil, Globalization means that you get to watch TV-shows that aren't dubbed in Portuguese, and use the Internet!
You don't get to import nice things like computer parts or other toys, or buy a car that wasn't assembled in Brazil, unless you're filthy rich.
