Hey. Is there anyway we can have a framelimit? Like so we can have games run at 5 fps, 10 or 15 for example? This would come in real handy for some mini games some games have. Like Final Fantasy 9's jump rope mini game.

You wouldn't really want 5, 10 or 15 FPS, because then you would miss a lot of frames!
What you really want is full framerate, but at a slower speed.
I'd like to see this too, it's a cool idea.

5 FPS, it could be worse you know. It's like watching speed runs on YouTube, recorded with a dodgy webcam at 2fps, where everything's blurred! I honestly don't understand the use of them! A 486 converting a video tape to a 352x288 AVI on the fly with DScaler could get more frames than those things!
