I'm going to try to keep this simple.
First, pSX Author is (as much as we know) the primary programmer. So there will be a lot of time between releases, also do understand he does this in free time.
Second, pSX is already aimed for PS2 emulation, BUT its very early in development and will take time.
Lastly, Most bug fixes are made cumulatively (in batches) and depends pSX Author has made a solution.

Basically, any question that involves asking "when" should not be asked. It's more a matter of respect than anything else. pSX Author has a life like everybody else. When he wants to release the next version, he will. Same goes for implementation of specific game compatibility, bug fixes, and more features. Reporting problems or making requests is fine (as long as they're not previously reported/requested). However, *don't* ask any questions about "when", as you'll most certainly not get an answer.
