Hey there! I am wondering if it is possible to use a joystick with PSXfin. Somehow using the configurations to use the joystick to for instance controlling an aircraft in Air Combat or Ace Combat 2.
I found a clue where I need a PS2 and a joystick with a USB kable, which I do. But I was wondering if I didn't have to do that and could just use it for PSXfin on the computer. ^^

It would depend if the two games used had support for the 2 Analog Controller devices. You might be able to use the "SCPH-1150 Analog+Rumble" option at the very least and configure the sticks and buttons. "SCPH-1200 DualShock" might be able to work with AC2 (AC seems too old for DS), but I'm unsure of this as well.

I got it working! It was the devices, I just had to select my joystick unit then I could configure the controls after my joystick too on all games! It is a pain though. The old games aren't as variable as the new ones so if I break example left, then the aircraft does an entire roll before heading up. Its so sensitive it's a pain, but it was really exciting to get it working!
