I know this could fall under the filters section of known requests but this is specific and not for enhancement. I don't expect this immediate either but soon would be nice.
When the output of the PlayStation game is stretched to the display resolution or the edges of the window frame, the pixels of the game are warp or aliased and makes things appear uneven. Although setting a higher resolution would lessen this problem and in rare situations the GPU would scale the image with some kind of anti-warp/aliasing on the stretched pixels, but this is uncontrollable and unpredictable. Bilinear Interpolation just filters the output and many would prefer the "blockyness" (as I would) but not when the pixels are stretched and alias/warp in the process.
A simple method would be to scale the output resolution to the closest factor (2x,3x,4x,etc) of the window or display resolution with Nearest Neighbor Interpolation. Then scaling the output again to fit the window or display with Bilinear Interpolation. I find it crude but works on other emulators I have used where they contained the options for it. If there is a more elegant solution, I would appreciate to see it instead.

I know this could fall under the filters section of known requests Well, just as long as you know... ::grumbles:: Just don't forget... I won't be afraid to slap you around with my pimp hand if you get out of line, Mr. Administrator. LOL... But seriously, I'd second a request like this, simply for the reason that, with monitor resolutions being as commonly high as they are these days, an option like this is almost becoming the bare minimum requirement. If nothing else, I'd request this to be the first (if ever any) "graphics filter" implemented in pSX after the bilinear that we've had forever.
