I've noticed a bit of a frustrating issue with the emulator (possibly as a whole). If you pull up the save/load menu within the game and try to select a file, pressing up or down results in a register of anywhere from 1-4 presses of the button. I'm thinking that the emulator is overly sensitive.
For what it's worth, it's not the controller. I tried three, in fact. One direct usb controller, one PSX dual shock through a USB converter, one PSX original pad through a USB converter. I even used two different converters. After all of that, I just used keyboard controls, and I still had the same issue.
Are there any fixes for the overly sensitive input recognition? Thanks to anyone who can help.

To my knowledge, there is no fix. It just happens to be that for a few games (like this one, RPG Maker, etc), something with the game and how pSX handles the input just doesn't quite jive. It's a long-standing problem though, and hopefully one that'll see a fix soon.
