en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PSX_emulator
Most of you know pSX has a Wikipedia article. And for the last... forever... nobody has really been doing anything with it. Me, I've just been keeping an eye on it, making sure nobody messed with it.
But now, it's being discussed for deletion. I hadn't actually realized, but the article is very much not up to standards. I intend to do my best to make it so, but if anybody would like to help, that'd be great. Start by reading this, the deletion discussion.
Also, you may want to go into the article's history and work with a slightly older revision, since one of the people on the site decided to remove all "unverified" information from the article, which was most of it. I'd undo it, but I figured it might be better to just find the sources for the information and *then* bring it back, with references.
PLEASE NOTE: If you're not that skilled with Wikipedia article editing, please don't attempt the editing portion of things. They are very critical right now, so making poor edits will possibly count *for* the article being deleted. If you're one of those people, even just finding sources for some of the information ("notable sources" are what we need... information posted/reviewed by "professionals" is best) would be greatly helpful. By their standards (if I got this correctly), the majority of the information *can't* come from here. Though I'm pretty sure anything pSX Author has said about pSX would be valid, since while it could technically be seen as some kind of self-promotion, he *is* the author of the emulator, and so what he says about it would usually be closer to fact than any "reliable" source could come.
I don't believe pSX's Wikipedia article should be deleted, and while I understand their position, I believe the article *can* be brought up to standards. I'm just not 100% if I can do it alone. So some help from people more experienced with that would be greatly appreciated.
