I have a bin/cue file which won't work in pSX.
I can mount it using Daemon tools and then open the drive with pSX and that works fine, but when I try to use it in pSX, it gives this error: CD not usable: could not open file.
It's probably not a huge deal since this means there's a work-around, but it would be nice if I could reduce my reliance on Daemon tools -- I really dislike the developers of that program and want to avoid using it if I can... plus this means there's something wonky about how pSX supports bin/cue images, which is technically a bug. (See my post about Wild 9 in the game compat. forum for another interesting bin/cue problem)

Check the CUE file (a simple text editor will work) if the file-name for the binary image matches properly. Remember if there are spaces in the file-name, use quotation marks to surround the name. For Example:
FILE "Binary Image.bin" BINARY

Oh, I know -- I checked the file names, formatting, etc. rather thoroughly; I'm somewhat familiar with the cue/bin format.
And yes, all 5 tracks are correctly named, the indexes are correct, etc.

5 tracks? pSX does not support multi-file CUE images. If that's what you made, just re-image the game disc to a single bin image with it's cue-sheet.
