How to run emulator in wide with fullscreen?

I simply would like to know how can I run a game in widescreen, or at least with less vertical black bars when I push Alt+Enter for Fullscreen.
If I simply press on rectangular Windows icon in the top right of the emulator window*, then the window enlarge and show in real fullscreen, but still an enlarged window, so there are annoying layouts of the window.
How can I view the game in "full" fullscreen or at least with less black bars also when I push Alt+Enter?
I play with Meg ManX4 but I don't think that the title of the game is important to know.

* I don't know the name of the icon in english. In Italian is "ingrandisci", maybe in english is "enlarge, magnify, expand"...Is that near the X that close a window ;D

I could go on to explain what's going on with your full-screen view, but I can just make an explanation (or improve what's written) in the FAQ about what happens.
Anyway, to solve your problem, you just need to give a False Aspect Ratio of 4:3 instead of allowing pSX to Automatically detect your display's Ratio.
