Can't open iso file with winrar

Hi i'm new to here but i just made an account because I need help with this problem. The problem is i've been playing LSD:Dream Emulator for awhile now and the iso file works fine when i run it on psx but when i try to open it on winrar i get the archive is either in unknown format or damaged. Any ideas? It works fine on psx and every other file works fine on winrar does anyone know how to fix this?

Either refer to the application's support options that made the disc image or WinRAR's support options. We only provide support for "pSX" here.
