PsX works great for me on everything up to Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal/Mint 11 Katya, but even after extensive Googling, I have been able to find no one who has gotten it to launch in Ubuntu 11.10 Maverick Meercat/Mint 12 Lisa, and I presume the same issue will be present in Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin/Mint 13.
Has anyone had success with this? Would it have anything to do with the move from Gnome 2 to Gnome 3? I downgraded to Mint 11 just to be able to run PsX, and if necessary, I'll dual-boot between newer and older distros, (or even between Linux and Windows if I absolutely MUST), but I'd prefer not to have to. Installing the GTK2 toolkit on Ubuntu 11.10/Mint 12 didn't seem to help (although I'll try again if anyone else has had success with this).
Thanks, guys. (P.S. If I missed something about this that has already been posted, my most sincere apologies. I DID search.)
