Hi This is Frog I just wanted to ask you all how do I get the ps2 bios to work on the newest emulator what do I need it to do in order for it to work? thanks for your time and patience and sorry it isn't ps1 related!

You need... the PS2 BIOS.
Since that literal answer probably won't help too much, let me say this: it doesn't really work anyway. You get something like the first screen... that's it. It's not even worth your time to get the PS2 BIOS to test it. And it'll pretty much stay that way for quite a while. pSX Author has no plans for the near future to work on it. Maybe eventually, but that'll be many months from now.
And anyway... this isn't something you should be posting in this section of the forum. Either "Help and Support" or "General" would be the place for this thread.

Use the -2 commandline switch and have a version of the BIOS handy. Make sure the PS2 key in the [BIOS] section of psx.ini is pointing to the same file as you have (and it should be in the bios directory).
