i have to say...
first, author, this is the best psx emu i've tried, i love it, if you keep working on it like you do, no doubt it will become the most used emu, it's just simply great, don't give up, i offer myself to make a spanish translation of the gui if that ever crosses your mind.
one thing that makes me very happy is that it runs the games at the speed they SHOULD, it makes some games come back to life, like Gran Turismo 2, on the console and on ePSXe, it seems like you are racing in slow motion (for example when you have many cars on the screen) and i was used to this but after trying it on "pSX emu" it was very clear that it is not as fun RACING with VERY FAST CARS in slow motion...
on top of that... on "pSX emu" i can run any game and the cpu usage will rarely go above 50-60%... but any other emu will manage to keep it up to 99% all the time
your emulator makes me enjoy my games even more, no matter what you do don't change that, i however would agree to adding an option so you can choose, for those ppl that want to emulate the shortcomings of sony's console
btw car's colors in "Gran Turismo 2" are way too bright
i'm willing to to help you in whatever you may need (if i actually CAN help you somehow)

also, noticed:
- in "GT mode" some 2d menus (!) slow down the emulation a lot and cpu usage goes to 100%
- during races you can hear some noises like if someone were tapping on a microphone

If you take screen shots of the cars original colors on a psone/ps2 and get some sound clips of how it sounds on the psone/ps2 he can probably fix these when he gets a chance.

if im correct, those 2d menus use framebuffers...which means that it might have an error in the coding dealing with framebuffers...but dont quote me on that
