oddly enough, when using vsync, there's a one or two frame input delay when i'm in fullscreen.
it completely goes away with vsync enabled in windowed mode, but for some reason using fullscreen makes my controls feel a bit behind the action.
is there a borderless full resolution windowed mode i could use? is there a different rendering method used in fullscreen than in wondowed mode?
messing with nvidia driver enforced fullscree/triple buffering doesnt effect it at all.
i HAVE noticed that once in a blue moon, after alt-tabbing or something, the fullscreen input lag will go away completely. oddly enough, the mouse curser will still be visible just like it were in windowed mode. i'm not exactly sure what's going on in this situation, but i have absolutely no idea how to repeat these circumstances. they'd be perfect for gaming if i could repeat the process. i think something in my computer still thinks that it's in windowed mode, hence the lag goes away.
any info on the subject? i really hate not knowing what's going on here.
