I tried this emulator out last night and I must say that in the little time that it has been in development (that I know of) it has gone leaps and bounds beyond the rest. You are a god of coding and I hope you continue your important and vital work. Where can I donate to encourage you on man? I've got $40.00CDN with your name on it. I know it's not much but it's what I've got available right now. Sorry. Thanks again. Oh I forgot to add one thing too. Please keep it plugin free. I really have no need for higher resolutions and flashier graphics. Just keep on keeping on with the original PSX resolutions and graphics. Keeps compatibility high and my FPS. Like I said. God of Code.

I still feel I should donate to this as I want it to continue. I'm a regular user of the Little John Palm forums and I understand that you developers do this on your own time and dime so if I could help out just a little I think we should at least be given the option. Don't be shy if someone wants to pay you back for your time.

I guess he's taking a firm stance on the matter But seriously, the gesture is *really* appreciated, but AFAIK pSX Author really doesn't want anything back from it other than feedback, so we hope you aren't offended by him not accepting

I would suspect his reasons are quite simple: ATM he can develop pSX at his own pace, in his own way. If he started accepting donations, even on a basis that no obligation would be incurred, these threads would be full of people screaming "I paid money for this, I want..."
I think the best coin you can pay pSX Author in is respect for what he's doing.

Seeing that pSX Author won't accept donations. Would you accept PlayStation controller adapters instead? PlayStation controller adapters have been a common problem since the first release of pSX and I notice that people still post about problems with the compatibility of their adapters on the forum. I'd be willing to pick up an extra adapter from my local Radio Shack for the purpose of trying to fix this problem (and maybe pSX Author might have fun with it at the same time ). If not, then you can get one from Radio Shack for about $10. Maybe others can donate their problematic adapters to pSX Author so maybe this problem can be fixed.

At first, I was going to donate some fundage, and even attempt to send him some spare Controller adapters, but as I started to read this thread, it dawned on me that revealing his Home Address and/or starting to accept money might bring on the wrath of the sony lawyers.
However, if, in the future, the above worries that I have are laid to rest, then I'd be more than happy to donate cash and/or hardware for testing purposes.

Well I suppose the stance is justified in not taking money. Then how about some serious grovelling at your feet then? This is seriously the best planned out emulator I have ever used. I love your work and hope to see more in the future. The ability to play Metal Gear Solid without the need of plugins and other crap like that is one of the best leg ups this emu has against others. Thank you!
