Hi, This isn't a major issue, but it would be nice to be able to modify the keypress to quit the emulator. Similiar to the way you can modify which button Toggles Display Status in File > Configuration > Misc, I'd like to be able to close the emulator by pressing a key of my choice instead of <Esc>. I use pSX in MythTV in linux to play my videogames on our TV, which I can control with my remote control. Everything works great (because this emulator is great ), but when I'm done I have to use the keyboard or mouse to close the emulator, which is less than optimal. Maybe I'm just lazy... EDIT: This isn't a case of needing lirc support, or anything like that. The key I wanna map is the <Backspace> Key. Hopefully this doesn't fall under the "Don't request for Hotpress Keys" Category, if it does sorry Hmm, didn't think so at first, but after reading some of the hotkey threads I think it might.

Meh... fear not. I wouldn't count this one as under that category, simply because there is already a related option to this feature, and so you're really asking for more of an extension of that feature than a whole new feature. I too would like to see this feature come alive. For instance, in ZSNES, I have the left Ctrl key set to exit the emulator, which is something I like very much. I like the ability to have hotkeys for such options as quitting the emulator, loading a ROM/image, soft/hard reset of the system, etc. But in this thread, I'm just backing your particular request...
