This feature is only a "wishlist" feature.
Apparently, when I play the PAL version of Tekken 3 using pSX 0.13, the game feels slightly sluggish and slow. If I hold the fast forward key, the game runs at the same speed as the NTSC version, although I cannot play the game properly whilst holding the fast forward key. I would like to see a toggle option for fast forward so I can play Tekken 3 at it's original speed while holding my controller with both hands rather than one. I'm happy to accept anybody's comments on this.

The game is probably playing at the correct speed, xalos9 - NTSC games play at 60fps, while PAL ones run at 50fps.
This particular function has been requested many times - in fact, I'm rather surprised it isn't in the Known Requests list.

Added. Also fixed up that entry in general a little bit. It needed some better wording at a couple points.

Yeah patrickp, but most NTSC games are not properly converted to PAL. Try playing the NTSC and PAL versions of Tekken 3 side by side and you'll notice that the PAL version is 17% slower.

That's exactly what I was saying, xalos9. As you say, most games are not properly converted and basically, the same frames are rendered at a slower frame rate. You'll get exactly the same problem on a Playstation. You should bear in mind that pSX is aimed at accurate emulation of the Playstation, not enhancement. If you want to play games at different speeds, try ePSXe - many PSEmu graphics plugins feature the option of setting the framerate.
Besides, as Gamesoul Master says, this topic has now been added to the Known Requests link (see link at the top of the page). It wasn't in the list at the point you started this thread, so that was quite legitimate, but at this point I'm locking the thread.
Thread locked - patrickp
