All of the Duke Nukem games for PSX seem to have a video problem of some sort in pSX 1.4. My settings are all default (bar the control changes I made for use with my gamepad). Total Meltdown: I'm not quite sure how to describe this one. Just see the pic. www.quickclic.net/~dark_zero/tm.jpgTime To Kill: The textures don't seem to load (a black screen). Some things do load up, for instance when you walk through water you can see rings, the crosshair shows up, and bullet holes/blood splatters. See picture for reference. www.quickclic.net/~dark_zero/ttk.jpgLand of the Babes: Pretty much the same issues as TTK, I guess. It's impossible to get past the main menu. The text "blends in" with the background, and then nothing afterwards loads up. Again, picture for reference. www.quickclic.net/~dark_zero/lotb.jpgThe sound, however, works just fine. I hope that's definitive enough. Oh, also, I'm using SCPH-1001 bios.

Yep, the Duke Nukem games haven't been working from the beginning. By the way, what were the game IDs? You'll find them by browsing the discs, and they're in the form S***_***.**

Yeah, I noticed the list after I made that thread. Sorry about that.
The IDs are:
TM: SLUS_003.55 TTK: SLUS_005.83 LOTB: SLUS_010.02
TTK and LOTB actually show you the slus number when the cd is inserted.
I'm glad you don't have to use SLUS (elf) files to hack PS1 games like you do with PS2... It's such a pain on PS2. Learning MIPS and ASM..

Nah, no need to apologize. Anyway, you're the first to test the games since pSX v1.1, so your post is still new information (also, LOTB wasn't tested before) =]

pSX 1.5 doesn't seem to play these games either. 1 thing I did find is that it seems to crash the emulator when you try to load LOTB... through CD-Rom anyway.. my image is .img (clonecd) I'll convert it to bin/cue and see what happens then.

Sorry for double post..but some updated information:
Duke Nukem: Time To Kill- works! Grats to pSX Author.
Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown- same problem as all other versions.
Duke Nukem: Land Of The Babes- same problem as all other versions.
Games are all the same as before, (both ccd and bin/cue have same problems) pSX 1.6 default settings.
