They're already on the list, but I wanted to create a new thread. I'd separate the two games into 2 threads, but they both exhibit the same exact behaviors, so yeah...
I tested the versions of pSX that weren't already tested (so they're both tested from 1.0 to 1.5). The behavior was exactly the same.
Megaman Legends 1 (SLUS_006.03) Megaman Legends 2 (SLUS_011.40)
Anyhow, I didn't test the game all that much, but they seemed to work for what I had tested (menus and whatnot)... The games themselves worked fine, but there were some little things about them.
The games didn't load from CD drive (console giving this error: 'SPTI Error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error'), so they freeze after the PlayStation logo when I try to load from disc. Also, there seemed to be no talking or music during the videos (as reported before). I'm not sure if the game itself was like this, as I don't remember, and don't have my PlayStation set up to test. Maybe next time.

I didn't have any problems with MML1 when I tested it, but you say that both MML games are having the same issues I found with MML2?

Yeah, I couldn't play from CD for either one (both giving that SPTI Error). I wasn't sure about the audio, as I don't have my PlayStation set up for testing at the moment.

I havn't bothered with Actuall CDs for PSXs, so I'm unaware of loading problems in MML2. The sound is pretty much on the dot from my memmory. I'll try to go to the attic, on a cool day, and pull out the PlayStation and Discs and check it.

Well, I'm checking out these two titles again.
MML1 is in img/ccd format. Loaded it up into pSX v1.5 as CD drive (via Daemon Tools), no problems. Renamed the files to bin/cue and loaded it as a CD image, no problems.
MML2 is in bin/cue format. It's also been patched at some point. Loaded it up as CD image, sounds from the opening FMV are missing. Trying to run it from CD gave the SPTI error and wouldn't load past PS logo.
So, I'm not sure what to tell you, Ultima.

I've heard some reports about MML exhibiting the audio cut off problems that occur in the PSEmuPro emulators but with a much lower frequency (from a friend currently playing through it) . I've only played through the first cavern and didn't notice anything, but I'll set aside some time to plow through the game and give some more detailed information. Haven't spent any time with MML2 yet, but whenever I do I'll throw my 2 cents up in here as well

Sorry to bump an old thread. Just wanted to let everyone know I've played both these games on 1.10 - 1.12 with no problems at all.
I am using images slus 006.03 and slus 011.40 in cue/ccd format.
I only say so because the compatibility report still lists mml2 as unplayable since 1.7

What game IDs, A7X H4RDCORE FAN? Game reports are useless without identifying the game, and preferably giving as much relevant information as possible.

Hi!!! new here...
I've tried MML2 from the emluator and it works fine, well, until after the cut scene after the final battle...
In normal circumstances when I played it in my PS1 console (back when it was still working), I have no problems whatsoever... but when I played it in the emulator, after finishing the final fight, and after the cut scene ends, the usual white screen appears, but after that, it stays that way... the end credits, the final cut scene and final save point won't appear anymore...
I tried playing the final battle for a couple of times already, hoping that its just some minor loading problem, but still, it persists...
need help on this one... thanks!

Do you have a saved game from right before this happens?
If you can upload your memory card somewhere, some of the other guys here who have those games can check if the same thing happens to them.
Then it'll be easy to see if it's your copy (things like this can happen if your disc is scratched in just the "right" spot) or setup that has something wrong with it, or if it's a real bug in the emulation.

Yes, I have saved it just right before the final battle...
Is there a way to upload my memory card here somewhere? Or should I e-mail it to someone instead?
For the "scratch" thing, I made another copy of the disc on a blank CD for testing purposes, and the same thing happens... I haven't tried playing on an ISO image since I don't know how to make one, nor I have any software to make one...
Thanks for looking into this!
