The Insert CD Image option has a small hickup in remembering the path it last used. Here's what I do. I start the emu, hit 'insert cd image', pick one and open it. Then I hit the 'insert cd image' again (still remembers the path), but this time I cancel instead of open anything. Then I hit the 'insert cd image' the third time, and it no longer remembers the path I used, instead it defaults to psxfin.exe folder.
Basically, as long as I have loaded an image once (or more) during a session, cancelling will always do this.
Minor thing really, only reason I noticed this was because I was testing some of my images earlier today.

You can set the image path permanently in the .ini file.
Of course if you keep your CD images in more than one place then I guess it doesn't matter. I suppose you could make a bunch of shortcuts in the default path then.

You can set the image path permanently in the .ini file. If by any chance you mean CDImagePath=E:\blaa\blaa\, I have it set, it just happens to ignore it after the cancelling. Did you even try to replicate it?

You can set it in Configuration, on the Paths tab; no need to edit the .ini file.
But, yes, I've tried it and you're quite right, Herra.

Yeah, I know it's possible to set it from the config, baffled me a bit why Sune mentioned only the ini. Anyway, good to know it's not just me then.

Sorry guys, I take it back! I guess I've gotten too accustomed to editing .ini files for my own good. And yes, it happens here too. A temporary fix is to put a shortcut to your images folder there. At the very least it'll save you a few mouseclicks. -Sune

Yeah, that is a good temp fix. Anyway, minor thing that no one else will probably never notice.
