Does the emulator run at all, damarsman, or does it start but the games you try don't run?
You need to say what those games are, the Game IDs and what version (i.e. PAL/NTSC and country if appropriate. It's quite possible they are games that don't work with pSX Emu as yet; it's a new emulator and, while its compatibilty is probably better than any other PS1 emu was this early in its development, there are still a lot of games that don't work, and we don't even know what they all are yet.
You need to have DirectX completely up to date, as well. Certainly, it could be your video card, but since you don't give us any information as to your systems' specs, we have no way of knowing.

It looks like it has failed to create the textures for the frame buffer. Which video card have you got?

Doesn't start. VIA Tech VT8361/VT8601 Graphics controller is the display adapter. I'm not exactly sure what the card is. I have latest DirectX installed. I assume this is going to be an issue I have to sort our for myself.
Ok...Just ran DirectX diagnostic tool and had a bunch of errors so I'm guessing it's nothing to do with the emulator.
