I've got two computer: a "normal" PC and a laptop. The problem is this: the laptop DVD drive reads the subcode (and Wip3out, PGA European and other games works) but my two drives of the PC WON'T read subchannel... so happens this: Wip3out crashes, PGA load demo mode, ecc...! Why doesn't work? LAPTOP DVD DRIVE TSST corp CD/DVDW TS-L632D PC DVD DRIVES LG DVD ROM GDR8164B PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-111D Then also the virtual drive fails to read subcode, and don't talk about images...! IF pSX AUTOR DECIDES TO PUT AN OPTION FOR LOAD M3S FILES...!

The fact that your laptop appears to read the subcode suggests, I think, that the problem isn't with pSX, stranger90. The reason is more likely your drives, or the way they're set up in your system.

Some CD drives just don't support reading subcode. What does pSX print on the console at startup? It should tell you which CD reading method it is using and whether or not it can read the subcode...

Says "IoControl Raw Read" with a series of number under it... dos windows says also, when the drive read a CDDA, "Incorrect function"
