Alright... here's the problem. I compressed an image to .cdz using the pSX v1.11 WIP. It was the NTSC-U Yu-Gi-Oh: Forbidden Memories, in case somebody actually thinks that it's relevant. The original ccd/img/sub plays fine, and the .cdz image plays fine. There was no problem, until I tried decompressing it back again. After about 5% of processing it, pSX freezes for about 5-10 seconds, and then comes up with the b0rken crash dump dialog box. So every time I tried that, I saved a full dump, which seemed to work. But when I try to open or compress the dump, it comes up with an error (which occurs at different spots in each dump, so seemingly not some specific piece of data), and the best description I've gotten of the error is:
I've never known what that error message means, but I usually get it when I try copying a file off of a CD that doesn't want to be copied. So I can't send a full crash dump for this problem either. But it does let me save a small crash dump that can be accessed, so if there is no answer for this problem. I also tried decompressing it with v1.10, which yielded the same exact problem. I have a mini crash dump from that attempt, since it seems pSX will not save a working *full* dump. So unless somebody knows what's going on here, I can send/upload the mini crash dump if desired. I'm pretty sure no other information would be really relevant to this, but I'm running XP Pro with all the same settings and setup I always have.
As an added note, after this happened a couple times, pSX is suddenly catching the attention of DEP, which it was never doing before now... I had to exempt it from DEP just to finish testing enough to get that last crash dump. I am very tired and just wanting to get this posted very quickly... I'll try to come back later after getting some sleep, if I remember something I may have forgotten to say now... This one is basically just to get your minds working until I come back for more testing on this.

Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
