Blown me down. I don't know what I done. But the psxfin.exe -r -f is now working. I think it have something to do with the reg in the regedit. I'm so happy this is working now. Edit: Go to your regedit file in window folder and search as psxfin. Then deleted those from your regedit. This may fix the full screen problem. I meant is that deleted anything in there that is psxfin. As you can see that psxfin is listed 2 times. I deleted both of those. Edit #2: If you can't get the full screen to work anymore and you just updated pSX then do what I did. Be sure deleted psx.ini as well.

That is just a list of the last application that used D3D and/or DirectInput (as can be clearly seen in your screenshot).
It's like your list of recently opened documents.
It doesn't have anything to do with your fullscreen problem.

pSX doesn't make (or use) any registry entries as such, kinghanco - that's why can can install it just by unzipping the file into a folder somewhere, and remove it just by deleting the folder. No registry entries to make or remove.
It's much more likely that deleting psx.ini is what did it.

Edit. I forgot to tell you that pull out my 4 years old 100gb hard drive out. I also saw my graphics card coming lose. I fix that too. My computer is running better now.
