Global Announcement The illegal sharing of copyright material will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, the sharing of disc images, ROMs, and BIOS images. We do not provide support for people who have obtained their games or BIOS images by illegal means.
This is right above your post and on top of every page on this forum. If you cannot understand it, it pretty much means you shouldn't talk about that around here.

Sorry warner, what you're asking for is illegal even if you can't get the games in your city legally. Games are still copyrighted by their respective owners. It is possible, though we cannot assist you in doing it. Sorry. Although, if you do have the original discs, there are ways to repair scratched discs. Scratched discs still have data on them intact, but the scratches prevent the lazer from reading them correctly. You can fix this problem with disc repair kits available at most electronic/game shops fairly cheap depending on where you live. Don't do the toothbrush method. I've tried it and failed miserably. As long as the actual data on the disc (on the label side of the disc) is not damaged, then you can fix scratched discs. If it is damaged, you'll know. When you mess up the disc on the data side, you can see through the disc. Also, the game being able to play on your PS and not the PC doesn't sound right. Generally, computer CD-ROM drives are better than the PS disc drive (unless you have an uber old CD-ROM drive on your PC) and usually do a better job at reading information than the PS afaik. You may be doing something wrong on your part. BTW: Thanks for the tip Melanogaster. You're bold global announcement made it easier to spot this.
