I purposedly left out some detail on my last post to avoid spoilers, but now I'll just say that WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS!I completed the Cave of Ordeals, and what a waste of time it was. You get a bottle of that purple fairy stuff (Fairy tears or something?) from it, and of course the fairies for each spring. I'm not sure, but the Fairy Tears might be refillable. That is to say that if you don't have a bottle of it, you can always fill one bottle in any of the springs, along with the regular fairies. I beat the three armored guards by luring them under the top platform and dropping bombs on them. ;D They wouldn't defend themselves becayse I wasn't close enough to them I guess. I'm a sneaky bastard. Yeah, but the thing is that you get it quite late in the game (as part of the memory quest), which is why I said that it's a problem most part of the game. At that point I had collected almost everything already, annoyed me a little. Yeah, I also got the wallet, but also a bit too late in the game. The magic armor was fun (and helped quite a bit in the Cave of Ordeals). In the last dungeon there were couple chests with 200 rupees, I even went as far as to bomb myself with armor on to speed up the money wasting process. Couple things I specifically loved were the ever awesome Double Clawshots. Opened up so much cool and interesting dungeon designs. The Spinner related dungeon was also pretty cool. Ball & Chain was neat as well. I wish they'd introduce more new items in the next games. They always spice things up very well. And I can't wait for the next game either, I suppose I'm going to have to get Wii before that. And about the Wii vs. Cube mirroring, it's basically just that left is right and right is left, west is east and east is west. North is still north. I still think it's crazy to do that. They should have either just changed the sword hand for Link, or mirror the Cube version as well. And Ultima, both OoT and Majora's Mask are good. Ocarina of Time is more traditional (I suppose) and Majora's Mask has a lot of interesting and well working ideas. The three day cycle is a well implemented idea and there are a lot of miniquests related to time. If you can, play them both (how's the emulation of these two on Project64?). HOORAY!

Just be warned... Majora's Mask can get really repetitive, almost too much for some people. I beat it once, but can't bring myself to do it again, as doing the same thing too many times in one game, grates on me. Same reason I can't really stand FFCC, and Grandia Xtreme almost turned me off...
That mirroring... sounds like crap. Sounds like a quick and easy solution to making things different...

Doing same things too many times? Only if you fail at the first time. I can't say that in that sense Majora's Mask was any different from any other (Zelda) game with miniquests. Like for example, in Twilight Princess I had to redo the boatride quest thing too many times (couldn't stay away from the damn walls). But that's how it has always been. I disagree with Majora's Mask being repetitive.
