MemcardRex is a PSX memory card explorer/editor which, among other formats support pSX's .bin format. More information about this tool can be found here.

Interesting, shendo - any chance of a Linux version? I notice it seems to do pretty much all formats, including DexDrive etc.

Well, since the app. is written in Visual Basic 6 porting won't be that easy.
But I could try to rewrite it using Real Basic. Then I will be able to compile a program for Windows, Linux and Mac.
I don't know how much time rewriting a program in new environment will take though.

Maybe there's some kind of VB code translation tool out there to make it easier..?

There are 2 upgrade tools. The free one crashes when I try to convert any project from VB (even a form with a textbox...) and the other is not free so I haven't tried it.
As for Real basic syntax is similar but controls are different. I'm not sure if I will be able to pull it off, considering I haven't done a single app in Real basic before...

I don't know if many Linux users would be interested, shendo, but it would certainly be a nice application to have - I'm not even sure if there are any Linux Playstation memory card editors.
