k, so i just started playing games w/ the psx emulator and i love it except it will always freeze and say that my driver has stopped but has recovered. then eventually my computer just shuts down. i have had this problem before using snes and nes emulators, but with the psx emulator it happens ever 30 seconds or so. any suggestions?? thanks a ton, everyone has been a big help.

Looks like you should try to update your video driver (should update motherboard chipset as well), and if you still have problems, it may be a driver conflict or something physically wrong(heat, defect, etc). To find out where to download updates, check your computer's/component's manuals.
Quick Edit: I would also advise to follow on how to obtain support for your computer/components in the manual as well as this seems to be a issue beyond pSX.
