I Play PS1 games on my PSP and I have loads of ps1 games stored on my pc, but they all use the PBP File Format. (not to be rude, but all PSX torrents are PBPs these days) so the ability to Run PSX games with this format would be excellent, and i wouldn't have to keep converting the files.
Second request is to make the main Bios Screen to render correctly, it does not look right and its all blueish, if the bios is could be rendered properly, it will be easier to manage the memory cards.
Also to change the Exc key, has when pressed it makes game quit, maybe easier is when people press Exc key, a pop up comes up saying "do you really want to quit" or something similer.
My long time request is Xinput Rumble - please add this ability to the next release.

I second the X-Input rumble request it would be very nice to see this support and if possible, expanded to full X-Input support. But for a temporary solution you can try this DInput FF driver for Xbox 360 controllers, the site is Japanese but its not that hard to figure out. Simply download extract for the appropriate Windows Version and right click the inf file and select install.

Doesn't work with "Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows" and it will mess up my games for windows I do know this driver work with my Wireless Receiver and Controller on Windows Vista (and 7) 32-bit. Did you try installing with the controller on? And I haven't had an issue with GFWL in Fallout 3 so I have no Idea what the issue for your end is. Second request is to make the main Bios Screen to render correctly, it does not look right and its all blueish, if the bios is could be rendered properly, it will be easier to manage the memory cards. For some reason, I didn't notice this part of the post. Anyway, what do you mean too blue? I know the Pre-PSOne consoles in the US did have a blueish UI with multicolor buttons on white text.

Oh, this is not a driver replacement, it just adds another driver that should not show up device manager normally. Its just adds DirectInput Force Feedback support to the current driver from Microsoft, so installing it would appear like it did nothing.
