Here you go. Sorry again for the delay. Just put each folder in the PSP -> SAVEDATA folder (if it asks to overwrite, go ahead). I converted both saves in their native games, so they should work without issue.

I'm guessing to make single saves psp/ps3 compatible you convert them, load them on a real memory card, then import them to your ps3 and pull the file from there? I've noticed the psv file header seems to have a rather long checksum so I was wondering if this is the case or if you have a way to bypass or generate your own authentic headers.

Hey was hoping you could convert this ePSXe memory card image to .psv so I can play my Final Fantasy IX save file with the original discs on my PS3. As far as I understand, you need to have a memory card adapter to do this so that it creates a true PS3 save (i've tried conversions of my own and it always comes up corrupt data on the console). Think earlier in the thread it was noted you didn't have a PS3 anymore, but I hope it's still possible. Link: www.mediafire.com/?42jqfmglzhuConversion: ePSXe .MCR to .PSV usable on PS3 console.

I am looking for PSP Save Game format for the following games: Final Fantasy 7 Final Fantasy 9 I have included a Final Fantasy 7 MCR file for the all items save of Final Fantasy 7. However, I can't seem to find one for Final Fantasy 9 that didn't skip past the opening to the first save point. Attachments:

Holy crap. Didn't realize so many requests would build up so quick. Alright, so... @jwag: I'm going to assume that you still want your conversion... although your request for FFIX is odd (how would there be a save file from before the first save point... of course you won't find one unless it's well-hacked). @delta: I already know you want your conversion still... lol. dbzfanatic: I already provided instructions in the first thread on how to convert to/from PSP and PS3 saves. That is actually the process I use too. Believe me, I've tried for quite a while to crack that checksum. I'm almost certain that I even know what kind it is, if Sony didn't create their own proprietary checksum. There seems to be no way to generate or bypass it, short of bypassing the whole process itself by using CWCheat or something similar. nimh: Something like a DexDrive wouldn't work on the PS3. Saves can be converted from PSP to PS3 simply by transferring the save over. The PS3 will see the PSP-formatted save and convert it automatically for you. Then I just copy the save onto a flash drive or whatever else I feel like using as storage. With that in mind... as long as you have a valid PSP-format save, transferring it to the PS3 via any method you desire should be more than enough. @everybody: I still need to go get my PSP back from my friend tomorrow, so it's going to take at least that long to get these done. Sorry again for these delays, but as I've said before... you know how life can get sometimes with work and such.

Well seeing as how my file came from the ePSXe emulator, is it possible for you to convert this .mcr to a valid PSP-format save? (once you get your PSP back of course) I unfortunately don't have a PSP. From there, I should have no trouble throwing it on a USB stick and copying it to the PS3.

If at all possible i would like this to be converted to either .psv or .vmp whichever is easier for you. Also if anyone has a FF8 debug room save that is .psv or .vmp i have been lookin for one for awhile. Thanks so much for converting not many people nice enough to do this www.megaupload.com/?d=NPPV1OZ6Attachments:

Sorry again people... of course, I wasn't able to get my PSP back until last night, so soon I'll be able to take care of these requests (assuming work doesn't get in the way). So very sorry to make everybody wait... I should really stick to "soon" and "hopefully" so hopes don't get up and then get shot when my life gets in the way... lol.

I don't think any of us are in a real rush. I know how life can come at you unexpectedly so it's understandable. My main concern is quality so if you get the saves working that's fine with me.
