I'm pretty confident that creative will get the drivers and software done soon, and complete the DSound(3D) wrapper*, ALchemy, for X-Fi, Audigy 4 and Audigy 2. *Will not work on the Economy versions of the cards. Hmm, I just realized that I have no idea if my Audigy 4 is economy version or the regular kind. I'm probably going to try this when I get a spare HD for my other computer.

I know about that, and I fully aware of whats going on. Also im glad im not moderating over there. kinghanco, oh you mean the DOS version? Why are you using that? DOS is pretty much dead in Vista, Command Prompt is not DOS, its just a Command Prompt now. The economy ones are the half size PCI cards that fit in small cases.

I don't use DOS of Mame. I'm using default setting of Mame (Testing only) and the Intel 4 setting of Mame (Non-testing only). ;D

Ok I got the Mame and ZSNES to make now. Thanks to Nach.
Here is Mame make.
XP
@echo off set path=e:\mingw\bin echo Compile in progress Please wait ! mingw32-make NAME=MAME pause
Change to...
Vista
@echo off set path=e:\mingw\bin;e:\mingw\libexec\gcc\mingw32\3.4.2 echo Compile in progress Please wait ! mingw32-make NAME=MAME pause
Here is ZSNES make.
XP
@echo off set path=c:\mingw\bin make -f makefile.ms PLATFORM=win32 pause
Change to...
Vista
@echo off set path=c:\mingw\bin;c:\mingw\libexec\gcc\mingw32\3.4.5 make -f makefile.ms PLATFORM=win32 pause
The only problem is that ZSNES doesn't get any sounds on Vista. I don't know why. (Nevermind about MinGW.)

Alcohol 52% doesn't install correct on Vista. It is missing from the list. It does runs though. But I haven't try to rip a game from a cd yet to make sure it works fully.
I also haven't try to install CloneCD ether to see what it does.
I will let everyone here know if these programs will work fully or not.

Its installed and fully functional here. Oh and theres a virtual drive driver update by the manufacture (not alcohol-soft), i don't have a link, but it shouldn't be difficult to get.

Thats the same one I have, I'm guessing there maybe more to your problem.
EDIT: ZSNES is getting a new sound core, so sound is iffy right now, they seem to be almost done though. (EDIT 2: This is only in SVN not the released versions)
